about me

My work is shaped by a holistic understanding of being human. With a background as social worker, pedagogy, kundalini yoga teacher, and devoted cook, I weave movement, meditation, breath, and conscious nourishment into spaces that feel grounding, supportive, and alive.

My own journey led me from the worlds of art and design into deeper inner work with people. A personal burnout became a moment of reorientation — inviting me to slow down, listen more closely, and recognize sensitivity as strength. From there, a path unfolded that is rooted in balance, embodiment, and gentle transformation.

Today, I create spaces where you can arrive as you are. Where nothing needs to be fixed, and yet much is allowed to shift. Through mindful movement, meditation, and attentive presence, inner processes are supported to unfold naturally — with softness, depth, and clarity.

Through 1:1 sessions and group offerings, I support you in reconnecting with yourself, your body, and your inner guidance — always honoring your individual rhythm and needs.

  • In my 1:1 sessions, I offer a calm and supportive space where you can slow down and reconnect with yourself. These sessions are an invitation to listen inwardly — to your body, your breath, and what is quietly asking for attention.

Our work together is intuitive and individually tailored. Depending on what you need in the moment, sessions may include elements of Kundalini Yoga, meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, reflection, and conscious nourishment. Rather than following a fixed method, I respond to you — your rhythm, your energy, and your current life phase.

The focus lies on integration: creating space for emotional clarity, nervous system regulation, and a deeper sense of grounding. Subtle shifts are welcomed just as much as profound insights. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is forced.

1:1 guidance can support you during times of transition, exhaustion, or inner questioning — or simply when you feel the wish to come back into closer relationship with yourself.

Each session is a moment of pause — a place to breathe, feel, and gently realign.
